MreneSinau – Setelah sekian lama admin membahas tentang teknologi dan komputer, kali ini admin akan membahas mengenai 34 Masakan khas daerah di indonesia yang Wajib di ketahui. Indonesia memiliki banyak provinsi dan tiap-tiap provinsi memiliki makanan khas daerahnya masing-masing, mungkin dalam satu provinsi ada puluhan bahkan ratusan makanan khasnya. Namun dari banyaknya makanan khas tersebut tentu hanya beberapa saja yang terkenal atau terpopuler hingga nasional bahkan internasional. Dan inilah nama-nama makanan khas Indonesia beserta dengan nama provinsi asalnya:
- Mie Aceh – dengan nama dan kita tahu bahwa mie ini dari Aceh. Terstruktur Mai tebal dan dicampur dengan irisan daging, dan disajikan dalam saus kari yang pedas dan selera.
- Pekka Ambon – Meskipun namanya, kue beludru merah, tapi makanan ini tidak datang dari Ambon tapi Sumatera Utara. Biasanya dijual di kota Medan. Kue ini memiliki tekstur yang lembut dan manis.
- Rendang – Rendang adalah terkenal di seluruh dunia. Bahkan terpilih sebagai hidangan terbaik di dunia. Makanan ini berasal dari Sumatera Barat.
- kaldu lele – ragout lele adalah khas daerah Jambi. Keunikan dapur ini adalah cara memasak yang dicampur dengan Dorian daging disebut tempoyak, meskipun fakta bahwa kadang-kadang diganti tempoyak dengan santan.
- Pendap – Pendap makanan non-tradisional Bengkuli. ikan dibumbui dengan bumbu khusus berbagai bidang.
- kari terasi – kari terasi adalah Riau makanan tradisional tebuat dari udang atau ikan dicampur dengan saus belacan atau pasta.
- Brain – di Kepulauan Riau adalah makanan tradisional yang terbuat dari seafood, yang pikiran. Pikiran pilihan seafood Meskipun dibungkus daun pisang.
- Pempek – Tentunya Anda akrab dengan Pempek. Makanan ini berasal dari Sumatera Selatan, khususnya di kota Palembang. Makanan yang terdiri dari olahan ikan dicampur dengan sagu.
- Mai Bangka – Mai Bangka adalah makanan khas dari pasta atas dasar saus Bangka-biruan yang terbuat dari ikan dan rempah-rempah, udang, atau cumi-cumi, dan taburi dengan kecambah dan mentimun.
- Tombak – harpun adalah Lampung makanan khas yang terbuat dari panggang ikan dan disajikan dengan sambal terasi atau tempoyak atau mangga.
- bandeng terang – bandeng terang adalah makanan khas Murah tebuat dari ikan. Fred terang Bandung tidak memiliki tulang punggung dan memiliki tekstur daging.
- kulit telur – di Jakarta ada Karak kesulitan bicara yang harus sering didengar. Makanan biasanya sangat mudah Anda mungkin mengalami ketika Jakarta Fair setiap tahun.
- Pie – pie adalah makanan khas dari Jawa Barat, yang memiliki rasa manis. Pancake yang terbuat dari tepung beras dalam roti. Sekarang banyak keju dengan berbagai rasa.
- Lunpia – Lunpia adalah makanan khas dari Jawa Tengah. Makanan ini seperti risoles dan mengandung telur, rebung, serta daging dan udang.
- Gudeg – Jika Anda Yogyakarta Pastikan Anda mencoba Gudeg mencicipi, dua khas daerah itu. beras adalag Guded disajikan dengan campuran santan dan berbagai lauk.
- Alrojak Cingur – di Jawa Timur ada Alrojak Cingur sangat terkenal. Ini ditemukan makanan dengan mudah di wilayah Jawa Timur. Otoritas adalah campuran sayuran dan buah-buahan bumbu air paste.
- ayam Betutu – Betutu ayam adalah makanan yang terbuat dari ayam utuh yang diberikan bumbu dan panggang sampai matang. Makanan ini berasal dari Bali.
- hari Taliwang – Taliwang ayam adalah makanan khas Nusa Tenggara Barat. Hal ini ditawarkan berdasarkan ayam makanan yang digoreng dengan plug-in dan add-ons seperti menu plecing lobak.
- Catemak jagung – di Nusa Tenggara Timur tidak Catemak jagung. Seperti namanya makanan ini terbuat dari jagung. Hal ini biasanya digunakan sebagai pencuci mulut.
- panas bubur Sambas – lumpur khas daerah Peda Sambas Kalimantan Barat. Makanan ini adalah salah satu makanan yang rasa pedas dan ini sangat sulit.
- Soto bit – Soto bit adalah makanan khas dari Kalimantan Selatan. Soto bit terbuat dari daging ayam yang dicampur dengan rempah-rempah. Kadang-kadang ada tambahan kue dan kentang rebus.
- Juhu Singkah – di Dayak ada makanan yang diberi nama makanan berdasarkan Juhu Singkah dan rotan umbut dicampur dengan damselfish. Makanan ini berasal dari Kalimantan Tengah.
- ayam Cincane – Kota Samarinda di Kalimantan Timur, ada makanan yang mewakili model di wilayah tesebut sebuah Cincane ayam. Makanan yang terdiri dari ayam dibumbui dengan merah, yang telah menjadi ciri khas dapur ini.
- kanker Soka – kanker Soka merupakan makanan khas Kalimantan Utara yang terbuat dari kepiting. Terbaik Makana ini adalah bahwa kita bisa makan semua kepiting hingga mangkuk dibuat sangat lembut.
- sup Konro – Konro sup tidak hanya masakan daerah Sulawesi Selatan tetapi juga pilar dasar masakan Indonesia. sup konro adalah beef rib soup, yang cokelat saus daging sapi.
- pisang sup ikan jantung – makanan ini berasal dari Sulawesi Tengah. Dari namanya saja, kita sudah tahu bahwa makanan ini terbuat dari ikan yang telah membuat sup. Dapur memiliki rasa yang panas dan segar.
- Lapa-Lapa – Lapa-Lapa adalah makanan khas Sulawesi Tanggara rasa pedas, ini adalah makanan yang sempurna dimakan dengan ikan asin.
- Jane gadis Biluhuta – makanan yang biasa juga dikenal sebagai Mello Siram. Ini makan terbuar jagung disiram dengan bumbu khas di wilayah tersebut dan dicampur dengan udang dan sayuran, buah bintang dan kelas pelengkap lainnya. Makanan ini berasal dari Gorontalo
- Manado bubur – dari namanya saja, kita tahu pasti tahu makanan yang berasal dari khusus di Manado di Sulawesi Utara . Bubur ini terbuat dari campuran berbagai jenis sayuran.
- ikan Asar – ikan Asar adalah makanan Maluku khas. Biasanya digunakan untuk makanan ini, tuna atau ikan todak panggang dengan asap.
- Gohu ikan – Maluku Utara memiliki makanan tradisional mereka sendiri, Gohu ikan. Hal ini dibuat dengan baku makanan tuna. Dicampur dengan rempah-rempah gohu.
- Ikan Bakar Manokwari – Ikan Bakar berasal dari Papua Barat yang tidak sama dari ikan bakar yang ditemukan di sebagian besar tempat lagi. Ikan Bakar memiliki rasa khusus yang memberikan rasa rasa yang berbeda di lidah Anda.
- Koi Sagu (bagea) – Keu Sago atau bagea merupakan makanan khas Papua Tengah. Makanan yang terdiri dari pati jagung, yang unik dalam makanan ini akan merasa sangat sulit ketika digigit, tetapi jika sudah di mulut makanan akan berkurang.
